The Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region) (BoPTER) on July 14, 2026, issued the Manual for Establishment Yearly Profile Update.
The following has been stated:
• It has issued the “Manual for Establishment Yearly Profile Update” for establishments using the NATS 2.0 Portal, providing instructions for updating establishment information, manpower, infrastructure, training requirements and contact details for the current financial year. Establishments are required to complete the yearly profile update during April of every financial year through Profile Management → Yearly Profile Update.
• They can update the latest manpower details, add new locations and indicate their requirement for Government Stipendiary support. Under profile details, contact person information, training infrastructure, disbursing bank account details, location details, and requirement details can be edited, while uploaded documents cannot be updated. The training requirement must be between 2.5% and 15% of the establishment’s total updated manpower. After submission, the profile is forwarded to BOAT/BOPT for approval; until approval, the previous year's data and slots remain applicable.
• The approval status can be checked through Profile Management → Yearly Profile Update Status, after which the approved changes are reflected in the establishment profile. Version 1.2 of the manual, dated July 13, 2026, also introduces restrictions on editing certain establishment-profile fields and provides for highlighting edited fields during approval.
